Antony is easily the most devilish person in the play, antony is the best orator that we hear. We never really hear cicero or caesar give an extended oration rit. And he's the one who can whip the crowd up. So i don't know that i have a conclusion from that, but is shakespeare being self critical about the power of the theatre, about masking?
