The Benefits of Doing Exercises More Frequently

There's a lot of good things about the higher frequency first of all if you're doing it more frequently you get better practice at the movement pattern. I do see people getting tendinitis if they're doing like too much of anything so that's something you kind of want to work up to and I'm usually you just start with easier exercises and just kind of progress from there. Robert Sykes is trying a split routine where he's doing you know every day same exercise in many cases similar to what you're doing right? So who knows who knows how and why it works for some and not for others right yeah.
