Introduction
If it's truly an accident, you know, a staffer gave you a box and you didn't know what was in it or something like that, it's certainly negligent. It would be more difficult, I think, to say you intentionally did it, knowing that it was unlawful. That's clearly within the act. But to the extent that you take an action that you know you're taking, that maybe you think to yourself, I'm just going to bring it home for work, you don't mean any harm,. You know you're doing it, you know you've been told not to do it. Oh, no wonder you picked up the check.
