Teaching Your Kids to Communicate

Tom Christie: It's amazing that kids don't know how to talk on the phone or in person. In his next book, raising healthy teenagers, he has a chapter about teaching our kids to communicate. The only way to develop a very strong EQ is from having lots and lots of in-person interaction with other people - something our kids lack tremendously.
