Are You Free to Refuse This Vaccine?

The first conversation about the requirement for n h s staff to be vaccinated is a really interesting one. I just find the idea a, what would you do? Here's part of my problem. What would you do with someone who who literally refused? So by all means, tell them they can't work for you any more, but you can'tt strap them down wel i mean, what are you going to do? Bring in the army? Have that. To me, it's a means and end argument, isn't it? It would the end justify the means?
