The Parallels Between Mentorship and Community
I want to actually make a parallel with my previous job back in France. I was working for this cultural, like it's a national cultural institute about music. There were internationally renowned artists coming to play there and I'm part of the crew. It basically taught me that those people are human, you know, they can be your friends too. And so we're all humans and we're all in it together. And you know, we can talk to each other. It's fun and it's normal.
