The angle of the nerve roots coming off the cord is different at cervical and lumbar. The space for the nerve roots not as big in the cervical region so I'm kind of a little more hesitant about cervical but still try it because in the units about N equals one, if that works you beauty go you can go. But what was interesting in our studies we showed that the cord only moves down half as much with one straight leg raise as both. If you want to unload the nerve root in the C spine use both legs. It's much more direct. And also the geometry and the movement suggest that the contralateral unloading techniques probably aren't going to be as direct
