Data Governance - What Is the Business Driver?
A business driver is just something like a, this is proposed benefit that we'll get from doing this thing. So what is the goal of the organization at a high level? What are we trying to achieve there? And oftentimes businesses have, you know, some clear metric inplace. The data strategy part of it, i think, mes to figure out how can we support you to do that with the power of data.
