The Immediate Fallout of Roe and the Supreme Court
The decision that comes down today could just further entrench and is most likely to further entrench that divide. The people who are taking the most legal risk, the people who are most able to keep abortion accessible in this country are going to be loaded down with further risk and further criminalization at the same time as legislators are bringing their hands and saying the best we can do is codify Roe. And so these are, I guess what I'm trying to say is, like, no, it's not just a question of, you know, quote unquote intersectionality. It's understanding that these projects created one another.
