What Are the Indicators of a Market?
If you want to see some place where people are continually moving here, and then where the economy isn't tied to just one industry, or tied to an industry that's going overseas or obsolete. So i would stay away from like, certain manufacturing. I would look for medical, medical something that is a great industry. And so if that area has population growth, government jobs, medical jobs and technology jobs, as well as the entry price is lower than where you are in ch Chicago. Those are the kind of indicators that i would be looking for in a market that i was going to invest in ot of state. Dave: Just learn market really well, and just do one market really well
