Is the Global Nuclear Complex Like, Globally Identical?
I'm interested in places where the post colonial state has become really invested in nuclear e. So this happened in india, a bit later, in packiston. It happened in garna. That these kind of celebratory post colonial a state building moments are times when people like ner were like "our post colonial state must have nuclear power" And i just say, it feels like they bring those kind of onial practices with them and you just end up with a kind of internal colonization,. Even within places that are explicitly trying to build up as colonial nation. But i'm not sure that it's exactly the same as the fact that you can buy like levis in india.
