Corporate Planning in 2013

In an attempt to be able to intervene on this ad we actually chose to skip our corporate planning process in 20 13. We jst said, you'r going to be held to your second year or targets from the last year. In actual i think it was the right insight at the time. But there were a ton of knock on consequences from this. And one of the major consequences was, if you think about the f p and a community, and also the i t community that supportsf p and a, these tend to be high turn over rolls.
