How to Tell the Difference Between True and False on IELTS

The most difficult thing is telling the difference between the false and not given. So I like to try and set it up like a cartoon in class where like one cartoon character is the reading passage and the other cartoon characters like the question. If they agree with each other, then the answer is yes or true. If they're talking about the same thing, but they disagree, then the answers are no or false.
