I'm very interested in the question of representation. It's a hard one, and you can see it through many different lenses. i have been doing as periodically i go through my guests and i look at whether or not the representation is a di representation. And i make forward plans in who i'm approaching and inviting to ensure that it's not just race and gender, but there's also newr adiversity,. which is is quite an important topic.
