ATN Diuresis
A woman was admitted to the hospital with glomerular nephritis. Her creatinine rose very quickly, and then she had a striking post-ATN diuresis. She left the hospital two weeks after admission with a creatinine of 1.1 or 1.2 - close to normal for her.
