It is said that the advent of networks signals the end or the beginning of the end of autocratic top-down management. Harold, is the democratization of work something we should aim for? If yes, why and where do we start? Yeah. Well, I talked about knowledge flows at the speed of trust and that you have to. And if you think about a structured hierarchical organization, it is only as smart as the individual at the top. So that is a huge limitation. But one thing that I put forward in terms of leadership is that leadership is helping make your network smarter. It's helping them make better decisions.
