Liblangth Inequalities in Children

Performing an epiphysiodesis of the disto pemer and proxima tibia results in one point five centimeters per year growth loss on the operative extremity per year. In this case, doing this for three years would result in an estimated near equalization of the limb lengths with a starting leg length discrepancy of four point six centimeters.
