The Importance of Open Technology in a Digital Company

I've been overwhelmingly positive because what we're doing is we're taking burden off their shoulders. I want that to be my operator interface to their ERP as well. It's a single pane of glass on what's going on in their machine, and then they're suddenly just choosing what my downtime codes are. You know how many hours of their life have I saved. And that's our focus right I want asingle pane of glass from my operators.
