In the AIDS story, there's kind of an interesting dichotomy that's made between San Francisco and New York. The earlier you can get someone with HIV into care, the less expensive they will be to treat for the next several years. And so what you see in New York is some kind of housing models created that basically directly take people's social security benefits in order to provide them with care.
