Do We Really Need a Criminal Defense Attorney?

The Heroes Act was meant to protect real heroes, people who go off to war and face themselves in a bind with loans. Nobody had any inkling that a president would suggest that he could use that five page bill to wipe out $500 billion owed to the American taxpayer. It could be because these types of violations involving classified evidence have largely been treated either as non-criminal matters or when in the most serious cases they've been dealt with as misdemeanors.
