The Biden Administration's Guidance on Title IX

The Biden administration guidance is clearly allowing state authorities to say there's not going to be biological male participation in female sports. A teacher did not want to use pronouns or names that he felt were traditionally male or female for transgender students. The school tried to accommodate his religious needs by allowing him to simply refer to students by their last names, like a gym coach. They just said that orchestra from now on would be team orchestra.
