What Does God Do?
Science as we know it is predicated on the idea of a kind of closed causality if you like. Now pushed to as extreme that means well God's going to have to do. At best he likes the blue touch paper and heads off in some kind of divine sunset. At worst he doesn't exist at all. And many, many theological thinkers, Christian, Islamic, are perfectly happy with that. But there are certain strands in religious thought which say, hang on a second, that's limiting God too much.
