How to Design in the Dark
I barely understood my own health insurance, much less B2B enterprise insurance. I was being asked to design in the dark and to do it fast. This turned out to be a theme in my career. So does this sound even slightly familiar? How many designs do you barely understand? And then during this one meeting, that cloud of frustration temporarily lifted. Some moments actually ended up fueling my career and really helping me realize the kind of work that I wanted to do.
