The Antitrust Paradox Is Out of Print
The consumer welfare standard is about adhering to objective criteria thatthe one find a basis in statutory text, and two are appropriate for judicial decision making. A consumer welfare standard reflects a principled approach to the application of the anti trust laws. It guards against inappropriately expanding anti trust laws reach to get it behavior better addressed through public regulation and private action. So all these reasons why iam so glad that the anti trust paradox is is backed out in print.
