Dean Smith's Transition From Aston Villa to Man City
Jack Greelish is a joy to watch, as we said. He's added industry to his game. I was concerned when he went there that the maverick Jack Greelish that we saw at Aston Villa and really enjoyed in Aston Villa colours would maybe be a little bit lost. But I'm enjoying watching Greelish again at the same level of enjoyment - but it is a different type of performance that we're seeing. It needs to be because you can't think of a more different situation than what Greelish has had to go through from going from Aston Villa to Man Citybecause he's only ever played for Aston Villa. You've almost got to completely change your mindset
