Therbu: I think there is at least one clear prediction. As the theory gets more thoroughly worked out, it's been a fairly small number of people actively working on this scheme. So the hope would be that there would be interest from other quarters. There are lots of things which one could argue one way or the other. One of the most promising pieces of possible evidence is what is the most violent thing that i can think of that would have occurred in the eon prior to ours? That might conceivably get through to us ad leave some sort of an imprint.
