Coaching Coaches - I've Done It a Lot of Wrong Ways

I've done it a lot of wrong ways, for sure, and had to learn from those. I think sometimes you ls a coach, when your on the side line, and all of a sudden, you like to stumble on to this action that works really well. Things been the same thing for me we was dealing with those tough conversations with athlets and parentss. i've just stumbled on, with trial and error, on to some things that really wor,. You know, one thing actualy i just stole the lis from other coach at the end of last season. There's a coach in Washington who tells parents what he promises themad so what he doesn't promise them?
