How Do You Perceive Young People Today?

Innovative students are going to break through with te way to see the world, or see the problem that wins. That's part o why we see so many companies who have purchased design firms and created some type of internal ecosystem around innovation. The other big phenomenon that i would point to is just that our students have completely grown up in a digital environment. And one of the interesting things that i see there is that it does create a real gap, some times, in understanding.
