"If my son got to be an adult age male of 40, and basically just said, he hadn't talked to me in 13 years, he's not a fan, it would be devastating. And whatever you said about me, which is, I had a guy who was in New York Times best-selling author," the comedian says. "I looked at myself as a failure... If my adult kids... Well, and to be fair, any relationship with me ... You'd make note of that." He adds: "Just like it's a two-way street. Kids don't talk to you. That's another tell".
