There is that window of time where it is very financially difficult to make these leaps because you can hire 10 six figure people and bankrupt yourself. You know the one that is going to move the needle the most and free up your time the most they're often the ones that I think are the best ones to look at. Yeah and I think systemizing in general is an investment it's not going to make you money it's probably going to cost you a lot of money but if you see it as an investment you know that it is going to start paying off at some point in the future.
