Symptomatic Flat Feet in Adolescence
Tarsal coalitions are a common etiology of symptomatic flat feet an adolescence. These coalitions should initially be managed with non operative treatment such as activity modification, amobilization and weight bearing restrictions. If these interventions do not resolve symptom, than surgical interventions can be offered.
