Is the Constitution Always Evolving?

Hegalianism looks at things as evolving towards inevitable perfection or utopia. Aristotle famously said that nature is the norm. The constitution was not written for the times. It was written to stand the test of time. Technology could be a wheelbarrow, it could be a full crumb. Just becase you have technology does not mean the principles that govern the unive change.
