How to Be a Better Person

I've been meditating 10 minutes a day which it sounds like not long. Then I do just the routine of like plank, yoga, pushups, sit ups, weights. For now I'm only doing the 10,000 steps a day routine. Like there's no running yet. But I want to start somewhere. Oh my God. This is fantastic. And you know what? I've been needing a little boost because it's probably been about two months if not more since I've gone to the gym.
