The SEC's Role in Crypto Enforcement
The SEC hasn't lost a crypto enforcement case since 2017 so they still have a that relatively strong positioning i guess but they could sell like they do with um EOS yeah that would be interesting. The chances are it'll be modified in some way at the second circuit and I think Gary will probably be going before this thing gets resolved sure. This might also give him political cover to say look liz warren i know you don't want me to do a special group for crypto but i have to because we lost maybe that helps him politically.
