Hochimen has access to what i call in the book a tool box for fighting modern war. The idea is to push through, in a time of war, what i call a bureaucratic revolution. It's called rectification basic. And again, it is a question of control. But i think this is something that has been neglected in much of the scholarship nationalism is important, but the communist party is also increased in its control so that it can mobilize the population and fight conventional warfare.
