Judy Sedgeman is a Three Principles Educator and Mentor and has been working in this field for over 35 years and currently lives in Pittsburgh.  During that time Judy has worked with a wide range of people: from business leaders; to veterans; to women trafficked in to the sex industry.  I’ve loved having the opportunity to work with Judy and a few others on “The Missing Link for Veterans” project a few years ago and I’ve always enjoyed our conversations.

In this episode Judy and I discuss the fact that change never comes from what we say, but from what people see and hear for themselves.  It’s that very fact that makes the work we do endlessly exciting as we learn and grow alongside our clients.
