How to Create a Legit Brainstorming Session

I love a good swag item who doesn't but it can turn into entitlement and so when you do dial it back or when you have to dial it back if your budget gets cut or you have to think about things in a new way. You see this some really nasty behaviors coming out because they're like oh I used to get all this stuff And now I don't When really your chat you have to really think about the reason that you're creating the program in the first place. It just strips out all the altruistic natures from it as well  it just becomes about what what am I gonna get.
