The Importance of Asking Questions and Communicating Trade-Offs

I would love for writers to just feel more comfortable asking questions and communicating trade-offs. I think that from it I'm drawing UX can help UX writers with a lot, gives them tools to dig into some of those deeper systemic issues like well actually what is the relationship between a house and a service? And then also how much do we explain to the user how their information is being used without overwhelming them or doing harm either explicitly or implicitly right? That question is not much different than the questions that hopefully they're having discussions about at putter and Facebook and you know that kind of places.
