The McC's Response to the Report on Lords Cricket
England field an all-white 11, the majority of whom are privately educated. The MCC released a statement yesterday afternoon where they essentially said, hang on, I've got it here. Recommendation 18 recommends that Eaton, Harrow Games, Oxford and Cambridge Games should no longer be played at Lords after this year. If you're not already wealthy, there is no way you can afford to pay that kind of money for a day's entertainment at a sporting match.
