Self Provisioning Run Time

The idea of self provisioning runtins came to ted a year ago. He was working at a servilu ink when he saw an article on sell provisioning run time. It made him think, what if you didn't need to write infestructure code like y isn't code smart enough? Or why can't a system be smart enough to take code and say, hey, here's what i need to run it? This is where the cloud computer comes into play.
