The Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Environment
When you go in the military, people don't realize that its is this diverse group of people from all over the country. And i found out really quick that that words in my vocabulary and things that were normal back at the home town kitchen table weren't. My journey and leadership started right there with a lot of understanding, patience and ampathy from some people that kind of started to explain things to me. I made a decision on that day that if i didn't know something, i was going to go and find out. Because not everybody's motivated by getting a shot at the treadmill. Iy, wanted to do something elsein absolutelys.
