Most people know me from health and fitness, but i've also spent a lot of time trying to teach people what i've learned about marketing. The last two years kind of, i don't wanto say i took a left turn, cause i'm still in health and fitness,. But it took a very different turn for me when i started experiencing a just devastating brain fog.
