Is There a Need for Softer Engineers and Architects

iasa, the international association of softor architects, have been making for 15 years. But it's always involved telling senior developers that you need to know about business. And i believe that we're moving, as in industry, we're moving towards a new era. We are about to be invited to the fireside, where we don't become an organization deliver software into a business, but we become a vital, functioning part of a business.
