What Is the Heart of This Case?
Karen Drexler: This case is really important, but it has not gotten any attention at all. She says in part this 1871 law plays a profoundly important role in whether or not we're like allowed to sue to enforce rights that we're supposed to have in federal programs. Drexle: It concerns the way that the hospital corporation kind of at the center of the case wants to have the case ruled on. And so I wonder if you could get into like, what is the heart of this case?
