Even in the mid 19 twenties, an early 19 twenties, hitler showed a tendency to want to a get rid of the the mentall ill. Hundreds of thousands of psychiatric patients are forcibly sterilized in germany. And then after that, you get to the period of involuntary euthanasia, which is essentially the first nasy mass murder action,. and as far as i am aware, the first industrialized killing by a state of its own population that anywhere in history.
