How Do I Keep Track of What's in the Freezer?

I am guilty of the food waste. Do you have any attempts for keeping track of that, or making sure you're not wasting all this food? Yes. So in addition to going through on a regular basis, like we arready talked about, one thing you can do for your freezer is a keep a list, magna nina, attached t the fronty freezer.
