The Dangers of a Local DA

The judge here forces Bragg to provide the defense with what is known as a bill of particulars, important words. He can't claim a state law was broken because it was a federal election. If they just assert this, this violation of federal law, guess what? They don't have any jurisdiction or authority. A local DA is is confined to enforcing state laws, not federal laws.
