Russia reportedly purchased thousands of the so-called kamikaze drones from Iran. Russia has been stepping up drone strikes on Ukraine's infrastructure, especially targeting its energy grid ahead of winter. Belarus announced around 9,000 troops will deploy to Belarus' border with Ukraine.
