The Transition to City
The focus this summer will be on selling players and reducing the size of the squad, including a goalkeeper. I don't expect Pochatino to suddenly turn up at Stanford Bridget again - he can do all the watching needs and analysis from home. There's not been any discussions within the negotiations between him and Frank Lampard yet. The first priority will be to plan the preseason rather than the squad. And then he will work closely with them on shaping the squad.
