What's the Problem With Student Loan Debt?

Ruben Navarrette: We don't hear as much about student debt as we did a couple of years ago. But there's still very much a problem that's bubbling under the surface, and it has to do with rising tuition costs. He says defaulting on a student loan is worse than defaulting on almost any other kind of debt. The federal government can garnish your wages or take your tax refund just to get this money back.
